High Thermal Efficiency Double Drum Oil/Gas Fied Boiler
SZS series automatic gas (oil) fired steam/hot water boiler adopts vertical double-drum D-shape structure, Longitudinal drum,full membrance wall structrue, slightly positive pressure combustion. Furance is wrapped by membrane wall. With economizer adn other auxiliary heating surfaces located at the rear boiler. The burner is located at the front wall of boiler, in which the convection tube bundle and furance are arranged in parallel. The flue gas goes in turn through the furnace rear to superheater( if any) , convection tube bundle, and the rear heating surface before venting into the air through the stack.
Techincal Characteristics
1. It adopts full membrane water-cooling wall structure is all around the boiler proper and furnance, so the furnace has reliable seal and good tightness, which can improve the anti-blasting capacity of boiler adn avoid flie gas leakage. Keeping the boiler runs safety and stably.
2. The convection surface consists of water tube, the heat emission effect. And improve the heat efficiency.
3. The water circulation of steam boiler adopts natural circulation loop which brings little flow resistance with no bad working conditions like stagnancy, backflow or free level surface, and effectively avoid tube explosion.Hot-water boiler adopts forced circulation loop to ensure water circulation safety.
