Multi cyclone dust collector mostly use for remove dust from the hot smoke. like installation it at back of coal fired boiler to reove the burned coal dust in the smoke. it can remove more than 95% dust from smoke. its working principle is that hot dust smoke go into this device from lower part of it, and smoke will be seperated into different cyclone, in the cyclone ,due to cyclone instructure,smoke will rotate up and then outlet from the device. beccause of the dust heavy weight,when smoke rotating up, the dust will fallow down to the bottom of this decvice, and then blowdown out of this device.So smoke will become clean smoke.
This device use ceramic cyclone, so it is high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,wear resistance, very long life ,low cost and easy for maintanance.
